Pregnancy & Postpartum Support Package
Your package includes 4 flexible consultations designed to support you throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey. While we recommend scheduling these during each trimester and postpartum period, we understand every journey is unique. If you prefer to keep your early pregnancy private, you can easily redistribute your first-trimester consultation to later in your pregnancy or add an extra postpartum session.
Pregnancy Consultations
Our pregnancy consultations provide personalized guidance to keep you moving safely and confidently throughout your pregnancy. Each session includes:
A full movement analysis
Customized pressure management strategies to protect your core and pelvic floor
Crossfit movement modifications
Core/pelvic floor considerations for each stage of pregnancy
Answers to any exercise questions you may have regarding exercise
Postpartum Recovery Consultation
Your postpartum session focuses on helping you return to activity safely.
We'll cover:
A postpartum movement assessment
Guidance on core and pelvic floor rehab
A timeline and plan for progressing back into class
Strategies for managing pelvic floor symptoms
Progressions for returning to impact
Principles of Learn➡️Control➡️Load➡️Explode
